Vision

To create a world where women can express, enjoy, and excel as equals

What is Hearth?

Hearth is a transformative experience designed for women questioning, searching, and ready for something more. More connection. More creativity. More clarity about their next steps.

Through the lens of creativity, storytelling, and embodiment, Hearth offers immersive workshops, thought-provoking discussions, and hands-on experiences that help women rediscover their voice, unlock creative potential, and build the connections they need to thrive.

Why Hearth?

Hearth isn’t just an idea—Phase One launched last month with several initiatives.

  • Hearth Talks: a YouTube podcast where Diane discusses creativity, transformation, and personal growth. She’ll soon start interviewing experts in these areas.
  • Women Writers in the Wild: a monthly, outdoor pop-up event where women gather to share original work and connect with themselves, others, and the Earth. We launched a few weeks ago in Galisteo.
  • Building connections through Substack and a private newsletter.

This first phase is about cultivating an engaged audience and showing proof of concept before scaling up.

In Phase Two, Hearth expands with our foundational piece, a 3-day, 300-person gathering in Santa Fe. This destination event brings together women from across the country, blending workshops, movement, creative sessions, and immersive experiences to help women reignite their lives.

We’ll partner with and hire local businesses and artists to ensure that revenue flows back into the New Mexico economy

Beyond that, Phase Three is about scaling Hearth into a global movement—with an online membership community, a private club and retreat center for creatives, smaller licensed events like TEDx, and eventually, a large-scale public festival.

For Women, By Women

Hearth isn’t an event; it’s a movement.

When women have the space to reconnect with themselves and others, they show up stronger, more confident, and more creative—as partners, professionals, and leaders.

Join us in building a space where women can reignite their lives—because when women rise, families, businesses, and communities thrive.
